Tannehill or Rivers as a QB1 going forward?

Currently have Tannehill as my starter and had no plans to change that --- at least not right now. Rivers is sitting out there in my league on waivers and I most likely can get him after Wednesday. Assuming I can get Rivers, what are your thoughts about him vs. Tannehill as the long-term QB1 option?
