Talk to me about dynasty leagues. And slow drafts.

I've got a solid group that has been together about 3 years.
Some talk of changing to dynasty or starting one league.
Can you point me to a site with good how-to info? Been commissioner before so I'm familiar with standard leagues with ppr
Are there keepers in dynasty? Also I'm considering a slow draft since everyone is spread out.
Any information appreciated.

I've been in the same one since Reggie Bush's rookie year. It is awesome! In our league, you keep every player. Is awesome to be able to build a team over the years. The rookie draft usually goes no farther than the 3rd round in our 10 team league.
