I am 5-0 in 1 league and 4-1 in another and keep going back and forth on whether I should make some trades to shore up for the rest of the season...I've never done much trading in the past.

I've made several efforts this year to trade with teams who aren't doing so well, but haven't thrown out any offers that are too tempting because I haven't felt like I had to.

Obviously, other folk's rosters come into play with trading, but I'm wondering if there are any positions of need that you trade masters see on my teams, and if you can give some recommended players on my team to use in those trades.

Here are my teams:

4-1 Team 1 is in a 10 team league with .5 PPR, 6 pt passing TDs, 1 keeper player, and the following roster positions: QB, WR, WR, RB, RB, TE, W/R/T, K, DEF, BN, BN, BN, BN, BN, BN

QB Jay Cutler
WR Dez Bryant
WR Eric Decker
RB Giovani Bernard
RB Adrian Peterson
TE Garrett Graham
W/R/T Jordy Nelson
K Alex Henry
DEF New York
BN Russell Wilson
BN Michael Vick
BN David Wilson
BN Chris Johnson
BN Joique Bell
BN Golden Tate

*I dropped Kenbrell Thompkins this week to pick up Cutler bc of Vick's injury...I usually don't carry 3 QBs and I'm disappointed in my draft pick of R. Wilson. Meanwhile I keep on waiting for David Wilson to not be hurt and to play well...

5-0 Team 2 is in a 12 team league with 1 PPR, 4 pt passing TD, 2 keeper players and the following positions: QB, WR, WR, RB, RB, TE, W/R/, K, DEF, BN, BN, BN, BN, BN, BN

QB Jay Cutler,
RB LeSean McCoy,
RB Darren Sproles,
RB/WR Alshon Jeffery,
WR Reggie Wayne, Ind
WR Antonio Brown, Pit
TE Jordan Cameron, Cle
D/ST Panthers D/ST
K Phil Dawson, SF
Bench Colin Kaepernick,
Bench Joique Bell, Det
Bench Giovani Bernard,
Bench Bryce Brown, Phi RB
Bench Josh Gordon, Cle WR
Bench Austin Pettis, StL

*Colin K has been a bust so dropped Kenbrell and picked up Cutler on this team also. Had Julio Jones and dropped him for Austin Pettis. Still pretty deep at WR, IMO.

Thanks for any advice

Would take a look and see if somebody has 2 top notch QB's Not sold that Cutler will stay consistent the rest of the way. Hard to sit Gordon on the bench but if you aren't playing him, he should be attractive to other teams.

I've played Gordon the previous weeks, but still not sold on Weeden as his QB. Good idea on the QBs. Any recommended player(s) to use for trade bait on either team that won't leave me with some major deficiency?

I know what you are saying. You have a lot of fringe players on the bench that could be worthwhile with an injury or something but still don't make you feel great about starting (other than Gordon). Might have to draw it out and see if a few step up.

If you can afford it and are confident of getting in the playoffs, then go for a buy low. Maybe go for Roddy White in a PPR.
