Steve smith gets more targets, so in a PPR league that works in his favor. Nicks has found the more but that can be streaky (not saying he won't continue at this pace, but there is a chance).
I may lean toward Smith for consistency. But if you have a few consistent WR's on your roster already and you are looking for a breakout player, Nicks.

I agree. I'm not fully on the Nicks bandwagon yet, and Smith's 100-catch season last year is hard to ignore.
