Standard QB Conundrum

Ok...so I have Brady and he was balling out like crazy when he had Gronk. The past couple of weeks he's been ok but nothing spectacular. This week he has pretty resurgent Raven's D in the rain and snow. My other QB is Kaep. Yea he is Kaep and got benched last week but those were terrible weather conditions. Before then, he was playing really well fantasy wise. This week he has the pitiful Jets at home.
Am I nuts for thinking about starting Kaep over Brady?
