standard keeper league Julio or Howard?

Who would you keep Julio or Howard?It's a Keeper league(You can keep him as long as you want).Not a ppt either

Was listening to Sirius the other morning and somebody brought up the fact that he feels like Julio is going to be one of those guys who walks away from the game early. Pointed to his history of foot and ankle issues as reasoning why. He said he gives him 3-4 more years. Very debate-able and not very debate worthy, BUT it's a point nonetheless. What round is associated with Howard? I lean heavy toward keeping him over Julio, depending on where you're picking in round 1.

I have the 7th pick but the people in front of me keeping there players so I can give up Julio and get Howard.(I'm sure someone will get Leonard before me), This league is a joke and only doing it for friends, If your RB gets 5 carries you get 1 point dispute if he doesn't gain a yard, Your WR has to catch 5 passes to get one point,, I been arguing with them for years about that is the dumbest rule I ever heard of.

Holy shite, this is the dumbest speculation of all time. There is literally no reasoning behind this.

You gotta include this in the OP. It is .2 PPC and .2 PPR. In that case, RB >>>
In a non-stupid league, give me Julio. In your league, give me Howard.
