So LeagueSafe won't refund me my money despite it being in a dead league.

Long story short, the current commissioner of my league linked to me our league last year by accident and I paid my entry fee of 30 bucks. No big deal, I want to transfer it so I send them an email. They tell me for "security reasons" that they can't do it and say I have to pay again.

Have the commissioner declare you the winner and transfer the $30 back to you.
