Should I start Derek Carr or Cam Newton this week?

Cam is questionable, but has a higher projection than Carr.

Cam is my qb this year, so I will refrain from choosing. But, never go by projections. Those are just an average of computer simulations. Go by opportunity and matchup to make your decision. FWIW, Hunt was projected to have 9 points this week.
Eta: Cam is only listed as questionable because there is no more Probable tag. He is fine and has no restrictions according to his coaches.
Eta2: 49ers were 22nd against QBs last year, Titans 28th.

Carr because the over/under in that game looks to be a shootout.

Depends on the site. Carr is the #1 rated qb this week on the site I use.

What's the over/under in the other game? I'm expecting a shootout there too. I have Newton, Benjiman, Garcon and Hyde in that one.
