Should I Offer Some Type of Split Pot?

I'm up by 40 at the moment in a 12 man .5 PPR league.
He has Anderson and Sanders left. I'd say my odds of winning this are about 60-65%, but that worries me a lot. Should I offer the guy a 60/40 split or something similar, or should I just ride this out? Second place only gets their money back, which I believe was $30.
Sanders did have flu-like symptoms over the weekend, but is said to still be a full participant. He has been great in PPR this year. And Anderson hasn't scored under double digits in my league since becoming the starter. He's scored over 20 in 4 of his last 6 starts including a 30+ point game and a 28.5 point game.

$300 I believe. I know that's not a whole lot compared to some leagues.

frick that bruh! Let that shite ride! I'm up 31.5 with Hill going and my opponent has Sanders and D Thomas going in a PPR league, he offered to split and I told him.....

Your chances are pretty good. Propose a 250-80 split and tell him Sanders isn't 100%.
