I was offered Brady and Ben Tate for Kniles Davis.

I accepted the trade and the league decided to veto it. I talked to the commissioner and he said if I throw in Zach Ertz, he would push the deal through. I agreed and put the trade in. The guy who initially offed the trade changed his mind and now won't accept the trade.

I am pissed. Should I be?

If its vetoed, then it's vetoed?

The trade might be a little lopsided, but not veto-able, IMO.

Ertz is more valuable than the other 3 combined, IMO though.

So I might be a little pissed the original trade was vetoed, but I wouldn't have added Ertz to it, so I think you're better off there.

frick that commisioner. He can't tell you who you can add to a deal for him to push it through. A trade is agreed upon between 2 parties. Nobody else. I support commish intervention when collusion rears its ugly head but this isn't that at all.

Congrats on the shitty league.

I wouldn't play in that league next year.

Was it vetoed by commish or league vote?

I never veto'd a trade unless it was obvious. Brady sucks this year, and RB's have dropped like flies... if someone wants to make that trade, let it go through. You play in a crappy league.

League vote, but the commissioner voted to veto and got in contact with all of the members and rounded up the 4 required vetoes.

What about the guy I traded with who then backed out even when the deal got sweetened for him? Pretty crappy as well right?

can't fault the guy for changing his mind. maybe he did some research and thought it wasn't best for him. Id be more frustrated with the commish. Id talk to all of the other "owners" and see if you guys can't change that as this season is shaping up to be a 3rd stringer plays kinda year
