My bro in law is a trainer for crossfit here in town. I did it a couple of years ago and it's no joke. I was doing it myself at the time though. I'm considering going over to his gym but I like traditional weights too.
i just need it for the structure really. I was never good at getting up and going to the gym on my own. i like CF cause its different every day, the workout is already set up, just get there and do it.
