Saints WR Dilemma: Cooks or Thomas...or Both

I own both, and other options are slim. PPR
I feel odd having both in the lineup, and I'm starting to think that Thomas is the better option.
Current Lineup Set:
-Cooks
-Thomas
-Fuller
-Pryor (Flex)
-Maclin (Flex)
Bench Options:
-Riddick (ankle Question)
-Hogan
-T Williams (benched thankfully)
Waiver Options:
-Crowder
-Royal
-Beasley

If I was choosing between the two, I would take Cooks over Thomas. The Carolina D has been torched by #1 WRs this year (see: Julio Jones).
I'd bump either Pryor or Maclin to WR and start Riddick over Thomas in the Flex. That's obviously on the assumption that Riddick plays. If Riddick doesn't play, your lineup is good as is.

drop Pryor down for Riddick in the flex and Royal is going to have a big weekend

I think teams are still going to key on Cooks, leaving Thomas with plenty of opportunities. I think it's too early in the season to tell on this one, but I think both are good plays. I might lean slightly on Thomas, simply because Cooks has been up and down and Thomas has been solid the past two games.
I would seriously consider dropping Williams for Beasley in a PPR.

The Saints game is most likely gonna be high scoring.
Cooks is likely to catch 1 or 2 bombs against that leaky secondary, and Thomas will be moving the chains with quick passes against that good defensive front. So I think in a PPR they both put up solid days.
I'd start both over the options on your bench.

Beasley in PPR (especially without Dez playing) vs. GB is a great WR3 option.
