He hit 40 bombs last year and was pretty good towards the end of the season. I don't expect 40 out of him, more like 28-32. I am hoping Richards will be better than last year. He was OK but could be a top 20 sp again.
If this was a 12 or 14 keeper league I would not have done it but the drafts are better here, so I can afford to keep him this year and potentially find a long term solution in the draft.

i like richards to rebound. pujols fell off bad 2nd half last year, though, with that injury. i know he had surgery and it says he wont even pick up a bat until late march. plus he's 36. still pujols though and youre right about the draft
