Randle blew up last week, and Garcon took a step back. Who should I start though? Garcon has been more consistent through the season so far...

Garcon will have more catches but Ruben may get more yards. PPR I go Garcon

I'd go Garçon. I can see Washington throwing a lot against a Philly D that is stout against the run and pretty awful against the pass. Eagles D ranks 24th against the pass and is giving up the 7th most fantasy points to WRs. I'd have a hard time starting Randle against the Bills. Garçon is a more consistent WR than Randle as well.
