Really need some RB2 help

PPR league
Here's who I have:
Stacy vs SF
Hill vs Car
DMC vs SD
Helu @ Ari also available as FA
Stacy's injury against a tough match up scares me. Hill will likely get a bunch of play cause I think they'll run A LOT, and DMC would just be a play and hope for a good week. Helu gets a bunch of catches but ehh.......

stacy is the only one you know for sure out of that group that's going to get the touches, the others are all pretty risky

I'd probably go with Hill. While Carolina has a very good front 7 they just haven't been good against the run this year. They've been giving up the 9th most ypg on the ground.

Yeah I know Stacy will get the touches, and I wouldn't normally ask, I just don't like the calf injury.
Hill caught 5 passes last week for 60 or so yards which would be 11ish points.
Just don't wanna see Stacy sit after 8 carries for 18 yards

I'd roll with Hill. He will get enough touches to outscore the other 2.
