I would pick up Rawls, not sure about Foster. Would need to see your roster.
Matt Jones is not a fantastic fantasy play, but he's been OK so far this year (despite my skepticism on him). At least you know with Jones he's the starter. Rawls might be losing his opportunity to Michael. Have to wait and see.
Foster will likely just get hurt again.
