I should hold tight around 4-5th in saves until Bailey returns (which is fine with me, given my improvement in other cats with the trades I made)

I actually probably will. I'm currently at 26 saves, 6th place is at 13 saves with only 2 closers, as is 7th place. Don't think either one of those guys will make up 13 saves with only 2 closers in 2 months. That said it's not a big hit if I drop to 6th or 7th in saves

Well it's a month into the season and there isn't much else to go on.
