The only upgrade is McCoy and its really not much of one if this is a PPR. Boldin, Gresham, and Rivers are bye week starters at best. They are borderline droppable. Sproles and Demaryius Thomas would both start in all 12 team leagues and Romo is better than Rivers. The TEs are about equal value.

Non PPR you need to do it. Like mentioned, McCoy is much better than Sproles, and Gresham will be better than Tamme.
