It does nothing good for the league and is a negative when trying to find replacements for the league. Ive seen many leagues fold because people bailing on teams and other people not wanting to take on teams. Just look at the Datfl league. Its not as bad in this situation because it is only 1 keeper, but the combination of the keepers along with trading of draftpicks and sort can bring problems down the line.

There are many different ways to do a keeper. If we vote yes, this is how it would be done:
-1 keeper per team
-You lose the round ahead of where you drafted the player in (this is so it doesn't affect a new person taking over a shitty team...you don't have to keep anyone and you will still have a normal draft)
-You can keep a player for a maximum 3 years
-You CANNOT keep a 1st round pick because there are no rounds to lose in front of a 1st
-Example- you draft a stud in the 4th this year, next year you lose your 3rd to keep him. The following year you lose your 2nd to keep him and so on.

ETA: I'm really fine with either way. No keeper means far less work for me. I just think it will be a nice wrinkle to add
