I just got offered Brandon Bolden and Storm Johnson (or Hyde) for Patterson. He also just said Devantte Adams if I wanted him.
My team RBs and WRs look like this:
RB: Charkes, Bush, K. davis, and Cunningham
WR: Jordy, Sanu, Randle, Beckam Jr, and Patterson
It's a 14 man league standard scoring.

I would take Bolden and Adams for Patterson in a heartbeat.
