Peyton is coming off of a bye week, but is playing a solid Cards D.
OR Big Ben, coming off a huge week, playing the Jaguars, which Yahoo says gives up the most points to the QB position.
Should I even consider playing Ben instead?

Yeah yeah yeah. I have Peyton in there, but seeing that the Jags have given up 40 and 33 points to QB's in the last two weeks at least begged the question.

It's possible of course. Anything is. But the best rule to live by in FF is to NEVER bench your studs unless they aren't playing. 9 out of 10 times this rule will benefit your team greatly.
