Opinion on 2 trades

I'm in first place in my league despite losing Big Ben and Dez and having nothing at running back. So I made some moves to hopefully better my team for the long run and strengthen my RB.
Roster before trades -
QB - Newton, Ben
RB - Ingram, Bernard, Woodhead, T. Coleman, J. Starks, Abdullah
WR - Hopkins, Edleman, A. Brown, Dez, Snead
TE - Barnidge
Trade 1 - Newton, Abdullah, Starks, Snead for Luck, Hilton, and Witten
Trade 2 - Woodhead and Brown for AP and C. Palmer
Roster after trades -
QB - Luck, Palmer, Ben
RB - Ingram, AP, Bernard, Coleman
WR - Hopkins, Edleman, Dez, Hilton
TE - Barnidge and Witten
Going to try and flip one of the QBs and Bernard for either a good RB or WR. What would you do?

I don't know man..Hopkins, Edelman and Brown are a lethal combo for PPR. With a healthy Dez, that's a crazy WR corp.
I'd see what I could get for Newton or Big Ben+a RB.
If I were to trade a WR, it would probably be Dez. Though I'd keep the WR corp together.

Bump for the morning crew. What moves can I make next? Was looking to target the Romo owner and Charles owner and maybe the Lacy owner.
