Pretty solid team on paper. Though the bench leaves a lot to be desired.

The fact that AJ Green made it back is perturbing.

I couldn't believe it, and I couldn't pass him up. Julio Jones, DT88, and Bryant all went before AJ

Jay Cutler
Matt Forte (my first overall pick)
Arian Foster
Vincent Jackson
Desean Jackson
Charles Clay
Ben Tate
Bears D/ST
Phil Dawson

Kendall Wright
Golden Tate
Bernard Pierce
Eli Manning
Odell Beckham Jr
Jordan Matthews
Andre Brown

Picked 3rd in a 13 team snake. I feel like I may have reached for Foster in the 2nd. Some better receivers were available. I was blinded by my fandom.

Jay Cutler -I'm a big fan of cutler this year as a QB with nice upside without a high cost
Matt Forte (my first overall pick) -Solid
Arian Foster - I'm avoiding him this year due to injury/desire concerns
Vincent Jackson - Good but not elite IMO
Desean Jackson -I think he may do well this year
Charles Clay - Not sure what to make of Miami this year, new scheme may help
Ben Tate - Another injury concern, IMO
Bears D/ST - Solid
Phil Dawson -No idea on kickers

Kendall Wright -Good depth
Golden Tate -Good depth
Bernard Pierce - I think he may have a nice year
Eli Manning -Not a believer
Odell Beckham Jr -Hope his season isn't sunk bc of the hamstring
Jordan Matthews - heard mixed reviews, lotto ticket
Andre Brown -a man with no team, may want to ditch him for someone else.

Was your league PPR? If your injury concern players stay healthy I think you have a decent shot at the playoffs. Of not, you may be in trouble.

Here is mine. 12 team, 1 point PPR, 4 pt QB TDs.

We get to have up to 2 keepers who count against the round before they were drafted. I picked Alshon Jeffrey in the 13th last year, so he counted as my 12th round pick. I had chosen to keep Josh Gordon (who would have counted as my 9th round pick) before the suspension and decided to waive him instead of keeping him Drafted 1st in a snake draft, round #s in ():

(8)Matt Ryan (13th QB off the board, good value)
(1)Jamaal Charles
(3)Andre Ellington
(12)Alshon Jeffery
(2)Randall Cobb
(9)Dennis Pitta
(5)Kendall Wright
Texans (1 pt bonus for sacks, hoping they look decent, or will just dump them and grab another)
Nick Novak

Bench:
(4)Joique Bell
(6)Pierre Thomas
(7)Sammy Watkins (Keeper Lotto ticket, think I may have bought too early, but WRs were running scarce)
(10)Terrance West (Ben Tate injury lotto ticket )
(11)Jarrett Boykin (Cobb insurance)
(13)Knile Davis (Charles insurance)

Hopefully some of my bench plays work out for me to use or for trade bait.

14 Team PPR, No Def, no K, picked 8/14

QB: Brady
RB: Gore/ J. Bell/ D Freeman/ T. West/ Latavious Murray/ Stepfan Taylor
WR: AJ Green/ Antonio Brown/ T. Williams/ Kelvin Benjamin/ Odell Beckham
TE: Jordan Cameron/ Tyler Eifert

Now I know my RBs are pretty weak but I got one of the few RB's in Gore who is still getting the Lion's share. I personally feel hes pretty underrated. Bell is most likely going to split 50/50 with reggie and get the bulk when (not if) Reggie goes down.

at one point it started to get flooded with old players so i decided to go with young upside, hence the 4 rookies. I hoping just one or two breakout and I feel good with that.

QB - D. Brees, P. Rivers, R. Tannehill
RB - L. McCoy, M. Ball, R. Jennings, Knile Davis, Jeremy Hill, Bryce Brown
WR - Antonio Brown, Cordarelle Patterson, Torrey Smith, M. Colston, Hakeem Nicks, Brandin Cooks, Doug Baldwin
TE - J. Thomas, Z. Ertz, J. Reed
D/ST - Panthers
K - J. Tucker, A. Vinateri

It's just an 8 team league. Two starters at QB, TE, FLEX, and K. Three at RB and WR.

How did you manage that haul in a PPR league? Legit

Also Gio should catch at least 50 balls out the backfield, and honestly Emanuel Sanders may catch 100 this year, good team

12 team PPR, had 12th pick.

Luck
Ellington
Joique Bell
Dez
AJ
Ladarius Green
Welker

Newton (He was sitting there late and I couldn't pass him up)
Lamar Miller
Khiry Robinson
Carlos Hyde
Josh Gordon
Wheaton
Brandon Lafell

I'll obviously have to drop 2 before the first game to add defense and kicker.

Once I missed Gronk and Julius, I knew I would be the last team to take a TE. I think if one of my RBs pops, I'll be in good shape.

RBs really suck. I think you could do well, but youd need one of those diamond in the rough RBs to do well.

Not bad. Typically I would give you a hard time for drafting a backup QB, but it looks like you got Rivers in the 13th round, that great value for him.

I think between Hyde and White one of those will end up being a bell cow by week 6. If not, RBs will hurt you.

Really like this team. I dont want Foster this year, but I think hell still be good. Hard to beat those WRs.

Jamaal Charles is a beast and Joique Bell will be a serviceable RB2 in PPR but you're right about my depth. taking a leap of faith on gronk with my 3rd pick and not a RB is a gamble that must pay off for me to be relevant

No offense, but this is a bad team for an 8 team league.

Luckily there will be plenty of opportunity to upgrade on waivers, who'd you get in the 3rd round? I'm assuming you went CJ/Ball 1st and 2nd, but none of those other guys are 3rd round players in an 8 team league
