Healthy Gronk and either Desean or Gordon living up to potential = unstoppable.

Yeah its a work league and there is 1 that you question nearly every pick and 2 more that are complete wild cards. Its a money league too ($100/team), so its not like its a free league and they are just playing around.

I couldn't believe that Spiller fell to me with the 14th pick.

Yes, it was a gamble I took and it paid off. I had a very good feeling about who the guy behind me was was targeting with his 2 picks. I knew he would have taken Calvin had he been there, and felt pretty good about Spiller still being there at 14. It was a gamble, but figured worst case scenario I would end up with Calvin/T. Richardson. But he stuck to what I figured he would do.

If I knew I didn't have a chance to get both and had to just pick either Johnson or Spiller, it would be a toss-up.... can make an argument for both. Luckily I was in the position I was and the order I chose was the only way I would have secured both.

12 team non-PPR

Cam
Rice
Green Ellis
Dez
Victor Cruz
Garcon
Gronk
Seattle D
Dan Bailey

Tate
Hillman
Blackmon
Hopkins
Fred Davis
Hartline

RB2 is weak, flex is average but if Gronk comes back healthy I think pretty good overall.

If Carson Palmer can help Fitz show his talent and Richardson can stay healthy pretty good. I'd be worried about both of those things happenings though.

I have Fitz in one league so here's to hoping...

Certainly don't understand the stockpile of WRs given your weakness at RB.

Not too excited about this one. First draft of three. Romo was auto-picked when I was trying to decide between two receivers and lost track of time.

Thoughts?

QB – Tony Romo, Andy Dalton
RB – Ray Rice, Eddie Lacy, Giovani Bernard, Shane Vereen
WR – Larry Fitzgerald, Antonio Brown, Anquan Boldin, Kenny Britt, Josh Gordon
TE – Jimmy Graham, Jared Cook
K – David Akers
D – Paul Posluszny
DB – Harrison Smith
DL – Jason Pierre-Paul
LB – Bobby Wagner

Starting Lineup
QB,RB,RB,WR,WR,RB/WR/TE,TE,D,DB,DL,LB,K
PPR

At that point in the draft there is nothing available. Just hoping maybe Blackmon or Hopkins can bust out as they are both ultra talented. I could have taken some third string RB but didn't see the point. Just gonna have to hope Hillman wins the job in Denver and/or Foster gets hurt and Tate steps in (not that unlikely).

I feel like I'm above average at every other position besides probably flex.

Okay had my draft last night. Here it is:

QB: Tom Brady, Michael Vick
RB: C.J. Spiller, Arian Foster, Maurice Jones-Drew, Darren McFadden, Ben Tate
WR: Roddy White, Randall Cobb, DeSean Jackson, Hakeem Nicks, DeAndre Hopkins, Cordarrelle Patterson
TE: Greg Olsen
PK: Phil Dawson
TD: New England Patriots

My rating =
Bottom line:
With great inseason management, we think you have about a 99 percent chance of making the playoffs.
With good inseason management, we think you have about a 99 percent chance of making the playoffs.
With average inseason management, we think you have a 88 percent chance of making the playoffs.

PS - our league is on CBS and the website sends out a post-draft analysis... best team, worst etc... It mentions about 5-6 teams and strengths. I got no mention at all, nothing. I thought we did pretty well but we shall see.

IMO opinion we are stacked, but admittedly the game is passing me by. I tend to draft the older dudes with well-known names rather than the young blood.
