number 2 pick .5 PPR league

Who would you pick?
I am leaning Lacy since i kind of think that the top 3 are all about even and i already have him in another league and would like to have some of the same players so that i am not going against them every week.
But does anyone particular realy stand out in PPR if they fall to number 2?
I know that Lacy and Bell are involved in the passing game quite a bit. Dont like the 2 game suspension on bell tho.

If Bell missing 2 games is going to cost you a shot at the playoffs, you weren't going to win it all anyway

Bell is the #1 player in PPR. If he's there take him

Many sites rank Lacy 2.
i am just overthinking it simply because i passed on bell for Lacy at 3 but that was a 20 team league where 2 games can hurt you.
