My team as of now(4-2, third place):
QB: Dalton(BYE week), Romo(Injured)
RB: Bell, Dion Lewis, Danny Woodhead, Latavius Murray, Lamar Miller
WR: DT88, Edelman, Juice Landry, LaFell, Stefan Diggs
TE: Gronk
Kicker: Gostkowski
Def: Green Bay Packers (BYE week)
-Diggs will be dropped for a QB

1. Who should I go with at QB: Bridgewater(vs. Det), T. Taylor(vs. Jac), Alex Smith(vs. Pit), or Bradford(vs. Car)?
2. Should I trade for a WR, if so, which RB should I trade? I have an offer to trade Woodhead for Travis Benjamin.
3. Should I drop Green Bay Defense for the Bills, Bengals, Eagles, Miami, or Colts?
4. Should I pick up Julius Thomas after this week?

Thanks in advance

I would pick up Bridgewater, that lions defense isn't the same as last year.

Who would you drop? I'm thinking either Diggs or Miller.

1. Taylor is a nice option. Seems to have a high floor. Bridgewater too.

2. Your team is stacked as frick. Bell, Gronk and DT are first round level players. Guessing one was a keeper. You can trade Woodhead for Benj and that's fine. You have the RBs to do so. You could also set up a package based on your depth and shoot for a stud.

3. Eagles or Vikings (I really like their schedule for a while) would be a nice option

4. Gronk has already had his bye so you're fine here, unless you're trying to use Julius is some trade.

I actually traded Megatron and J. Reed for Gronk. Drafted first (snake) and got Bell, got DT88 in the second, and Mega in tbe third.

I like the Taylor option as well, is there any impact that playing in London has on offenses?

I would drop romo for a qb. Not diggs.

1. Tyrod
2. I wouldn't. I like your receivers. T Ben isn't much of an upgrade rest of schedule. I'd much much rather have woodhead and depth at rb unless you can get a true top wr.
3. I guess this is because GB is on bye.? Sure. GB has had some good weeks but they should be dropped for bye week if that's your concern. Not sure who to recommend.
4. I would not drop anyone you have for thomas.

Interesting thought.
What's the outlook on him coming back? If I drop him, the guys in my league will roster him ASAP. I'm just afraid the Bengals will be resting Dalton at the end of the season, if they have a spot locked up.

Diggs might end up being a stud, I'd wait and see on that. No need to roster 3 QBs, especially with Dalton playing really well. Fill in for the bye week by letting go of Romo for Tyrod.

I read an article last year about the international series saying that it really only had an effect on special teams/kickers. I know in the first game it was the Jets vs Dolphins. Fitz played well, Ivory was a beast, Landry had a nice game, Marshall, Decker as well. Jets defense beat up on the Dolphins pretty bad, and then Philbin ended up fired. I would't be worried about Tyrod if that's who you're going with. Nice matchup for him.

The earliest he can come back is week 11. He might be out longer. Thinking that you want to save him for playoffs is valid I guess, but the whole trying to guess if players are being rested is kind of a crap shoot. I'd rather use that spot on a player like Diggs who has real potential to develop into a contributer for a bigger portion of the season, including playoffs.

This is an 8 team league? Is the Champ game week 16 or 17? There will probably be streaming options that will be as good of a gamble as romo available even if Dalton is rested, especially in a small league. Let someone else waste a roster spot stashing romo.

Yeah, I may just have to do that.
Would you recommend picking Romo back up after this week though?
Though that's a long shot, the guy I lost to last week has some BS strategy, it seems, where he's pretty much rostering every QB that he can get his hands on.

It's a 10 team league, with the championship in week 16.

I think that's a solid strategy, I'm going to lean towards doing that. The more I think, it makes good sense, but I'm just thinking about how the folks in my league tried to fleece me when Romo went down. I picked up Dalton and he came through.

Plus, it seems like every time I drop a player he has excellent games to follow, except for Agholor. So whoever I drop their going to be gone for good because these guys are going to roster anyone I had.

I especially wouldn't worry about them resting Dalton week 16. I don't think that pretty much ever happens. Tough match up though with the broncos. Whatever though. We'll see what's happening then, but I'd probably evaluate if that is even relevant when things get a little closer.

Your team is really stacked for a 10 team. I think you have decent chances this year.

Thanks for the advice yall
I actually have another team, in another league(6-0)(PPR)...
QB: Romo, Flacco, Bortles
RB: Bell, Woodhead
WR: Megatron, AJ Green, Edelman, James Jones, Travis Benjamin
TE: Witten, Clay, Barnidge
Def: Denver, Rams
K: McManus

Probably gonna need another RB, who should I target?
How could I improve this team? Drop Romo? Go with no kicker considering McManus is on a bye? QB's get 1 point for every 25 yards.

Drop romo for whatever seems promising in free agency. Drop McManus for a bye week replacement and hope no one else scoops him up. Trade or drop one of your te's. Probably drop witten.

Look for theo Riddick or Chris Thompson.

Probably the best of the bunch that might be available and could be useful. They are PPR backs.

I'd personally flip one of your WRs for a third back. One of those TEs + a WR for a RB to someone would be a good move.

McManus is the only kicker I'd keep on roster outside of Gostkowski. They are such an advantage.
