Need some advice

Bye weeks are approaching and I need some WR depth. 14 team, 4 BN, 0.5ppr. I currently have Dez occupying a BN spot. I'd like to trade an RB but dont know who I should target.
Lets say you need a RB and have several WR's to offer. What kind of trade would I be looking at for one of the following.
Ingram (NO)
Abdullah (DET)
Forsett (BAL)
D. Lewis (NE)
K. WIlliams (BUF)
R. Hillman (DEN)
Rest of my roster:
Bortles (JAX) - former Romo owner
A Cooper (OAK)
J. Jones (GB)
RB
RB
RB
TIA

Ingram: WR2/3
Abdullah: WR4
Forsett: WR3
Lewis: WR2/3
Williams: WR3/4
Hillman: Ham Sandwich
