Need help with several decisions

Standard scoring
First:
TE
Eifert or Vernon Davis
Looks like eifert was cleared, but could have some rust.
Second.
WR/Flex
Cooper
Marshall
Fitzgerald
J. Hill
J. Landry
A. Cooper
Meredith
Right now I'm leaning Cooper, Fitz, and Hill.
Jets have QB issues making me weary of Marshall
The dolphins are playing a pretty decent bills defense and Landry hasn't really had a breakout performance
.what do y'all think?

Local radio here in cincy seems to think Eifert won't play this weekend. Kind of wait and see I suppose but I think Davis is a good play if Eifert don't play. If Eifert does play then plug him in
