Need help with my QB choice tonight

Opponent has Garcon and 49er D/ST
I have either Kaep or RG3
Leaning toward Kaep - 49er must win, think Kaep runs more tonight, RG3 missing Jordan Reed and Hankerson to injuries.
Who should I start and why? TIA

I see this game being incredibly ugly. I would probably go with Kaepernick as well just because Washington's defense is atrocious.

I'd probably play rg3 to neutralize garçon. Just me though.

I have RG3 on my team, and benched him this week because it is just not a good matchup for him. He has been inconsistent all year, along with the rest of the offense. He has performed well in some games, but I don't see him doing very well in this one. I started Ryan Fitzpatrick this week and he got me close to 24 points, if RG3 does better than that, I'll be surprised.

RG3 going up against tough D without many weapons. And could neutralize Garcon with RG3. But all I have heard is how kaep is going to break out tonight

Well RGIII has been boom or bust, very inconsistent.
On the other hand Kaep has been consistent, consistently bad.
I'd take the guy who has at least shown signs of FF production this season
