My RB situation is a complete mess. Need some advice

With Ingram going down I am now left with Lanford and Blue as my only 2 able bodied RBs 
Lost L Bell this year as well.
12 team PPR currently at 9-4 and in the 1st round of playoffs this week.
Im going to roll Lanford out this week but need to go pick up someone that can get me 10-12 points in PPR
Currently Available is:
Spiller (Could see someone outbidding me on him)
Hightower @ TB
Sims NO
Ameer A @ StL
M Jones @ Chi
Powell Tenn
Which of these guys is the safest play to net me 10 points?

With Ingram out, maybe Brees may use Spiller more but its tough to say. I wouldn't bet on Hightower.
If its 1 point PPR Sims may be the safer bet to get you to 10. STL D is good so don't expect much out of Abdullah, Matt Jones is so boom or bust(Mainly bust) and CHI D has come along the last few weeks.
Powell had a big week last week but you have to think Ivory gets back on the saddle this week. PPR wise he could be a ok option.
In short probably Sims against NO. Sucks though I hear you on the injuries. Lost Bell and Forsett.
