How is he expected to do given Winston's present situation? I have Jermaine Kearse and Devante Parker on my bench. Should I start Evans?

Fitz three for 300 last week. Evans is a must start regardless who’s behind center

i dont think you see much of a drop off, if any, with evans. Fitz will give him love if he plays

Always start your studs. Regardless if it's Fitzpatrick or Winston, he is one of the best WR in football.
