Mendenhall or Steven Jackson?

I asked because Jackson hasnt done anything this year until last week. Ravens and Jets are giving up the same amount of fantasy points to RBs in my league. With Big Ben out, Mendenhall (all all of the steeler RBs could see a ton of carries). Jackson is also sharing duties with Richardson. Plus I remember when Big Ben missed a couple of games a couple of years ago, Mendenhall went off in all of his games. Did not seem to be such an easy question to me.
