He could be a FF stud right away if he goes to the right team.

Reminds me of a bigger, more powerful version of Charles. Dude goes 0 to 60 in no time.

Interested to see where he goes

I think Murray is their RB of the future. If he goes to the Giants their offense could be nasty

He's a mixture of Charles and Trent Richardson (The Alabama version).

He has it all. Speed, power, vision, and he takes it to he house every single time he gets out in the open. Future fantasy mvp.

What if the Cowboys let Murray walk and draft Gordon. Would you take him first overall? It sure would be tempting

A better scenario would be the Seahawks letting lynch go and taking him

Wisconsin backs haven't fared too well in the NFL, but it is clear that Gordon is a different breed of a RB than his predecessors. I don't know how his NFL career pans out, but he needs to be given a chance.

Depending on the team he gets drafted to, he may be an immediate RB2.

So you traded a top 5 RB in the league plus your second rounder for a player that won't put up more points needed to sacrifice the points you lost for that pick.

Even If he was immediately the best running back in the league that was pretty dumb IMO.

Could make a pretty good argument for Forte as the #1 pick next year in redraft leagues. Why trade that and a #2 for the #1 pick in a keeper league? Not like Forte is over the hill.

Go to YouTube, watch some college highlights of each, and you should be able to see how different these two are as runners.

Wanted to get out of forte before his decline, have 4 other stud keepers and 2 first rounders plus 2 3rds and 2 4ths

I am now set up for the long haul (assuming Gordon is what many think he will be) and will be fine next year with my other picks.

Eta: long term keeper league success is all about turning over players at their peek value, let someone else ride the down turn, forte has at most 1 maybe 2 years left, I've gotten into a player that's potentially a 10 year keeper

You wanted to get out of Forte before he declined at 30, but now Melvin Gordon is a 10 year keeper. Your math is not really adding up there. This was a terrible roster move.
