Matt Ryan faces the Raiders and blew up last week.
Luck faces the Broncos and blew up last week. But is also nursing his shoulder a touch, though reports say not to worry about it.

I would play Ryan.
At the lowest his stats will be 220 yards passing 1 td 1 int. Not great but Luck may not finish his game against the Broncos defense. They will hammer him.

I'd play the guy who scored 45 last week and not think twice.

I agree. I would play Luck. He has had success against the Broncos before and Ryan is the most inconsistent QB in the NFL.

I don't care if they're playing the Broncos, you absolutely start Luck, especially if your other choice is Matt Ryan. Matt Ryan is WAY WAY too inconsistent.
