In ESPN leagues Ty Montgomery is legitimately being considered and reviewed for a possible WR/RB designation by the powers that be. They have not given a timeline on a decision and nothing may come of it but ESPN is at least seriously considering the possibility.

Hopefully one way or another we will have clarity on this before next weekend. A RB/WR designation would make Ty a high end terror as we approach Bye Week hell as his versatility in PPR lineups would make a fun toy for all Montgomery owners.

I feel like the only person who just needs him as a WR

They need some sort of set rules or guidelines like baseball has with a set number of starts per position elgibility. This shouldn't even be an issue TBH.

I hope CBS keeps him at WR. I get double the points when he rushes for a TD

Thanks. I have a PPR league with AJ, B Marsh, and Marvin Jones. I would be so happy.

I need him next week at RB and then in week 9 back at WR

and yes it was on a video podcast. If you look at him on your espn page and click the players breaking news hyperlink the video was uploaded on Friday.
