Lost Jamaal - Making Moves - Need Advice

My team has been a huge pain in my arse so far this year. Injuries killing me, but I am still 5-0.
Big Ben
Alshon
Jamaal
Ivory (kinda)
ASJ (whatever but still)
My current roster:
12 Team Standard Scoring
QB:Sam Bradford
WR:Julio Jones
WR:Alshon
RB: Ivory
RB: Abdullah
TE: Barnidge
Flex: V Jax / Moncrief
K: Tucker
DEF: STL / GB (dropping one)
Crabtree (bye), Knile Davis, Big Ben (inj), Carr(bye)
I am thinking of offering a guy who has:
James Jones
E Sanders
Dez
Arian Foster
Jeremy Hill
Latavius Murray
Dion Lewis
My offer will be Julio, Ivory and V Jax for Murray, Lewis and James Jones
Am I giving up too much or is this a decent path to recovery?

I'd have a hard time parting with Julio. You upgrade your RBs but your WRs become a hot mess.

Also if you go through with it I would pull VJax out of the equation and just offer Julio and Ivory or swap VJax and Crabtree. He's getting a WR1, WR2, and a RB2.

That's an awful trade for you. Id offer Julio for murray/lewis and james jones. You would be giving away way to much.

He said he would do Julio only for Latavius Murray and E Sanders
Assuming Alshon Jeffery comes back to elite WR status, I would have Alshon and Sanders as WRs with Ivory and Murray at RB
Moncreif, V Jax, Abdullah would be my flex options every week.
