Sent Gronk and Sammy Watkins. I have Kelce at TE and Sanders, Sanu, Allen, and Wayne at WR. Probably paid a little more than most would but saw the chance and took it.
How big of a mistake did I make?

It will hurt in the short term but you should be OK for the stretch run. I'm a Megatron owner so that's what I'm hoping.
