I have Karlos and Shady as well. I think I'm going to start Karlos. Thoughts?

I've got a similar situation. 0.5 PPR

J. Stewart vs TEN
R. Mathews vs MIA
K. Williams vs NYJ

Pick 2.

I have a flex spot open .05 PPR league but also .05 PPC (carry)....Hurns or Karlos? Normally I would go with Hurns here against a weak Baltimore secondary but they say he was in a boot Tuesday. Unfortunately I have to make the call tonight. Don't know what Hurns status is as of today just yet but if he didn't practice and is still in boot I think I play it safe and go with Karlos.

I dont know, but this just seems like a Karlos type of game. Theyve all been shitty being as that the teams only hvae 2 days to prepare really. (player safety huh Goodell?) You know the Bills may come out fired up with Rex Ryan having a shot at his old team, but Jets are pretty stout. Shady always a threat to take it to the house like he did last wk, but even in that good game for McCoy, Karlos still got the goaline touches and has some big play potential himself with that 30+yd td run too. Grind it out game, Im going with Karlos being as that we know McCoy isnt 100 or prlly even 80%.

Do you mean 0.5? How much do you earn per rushing/receiving yard? .001?

Assuming you get 0.5 points per carry...Williams. His (carry) splits per game are 10/67/1 in 5 games while Hurns has more total yards and TD's in 8 games, his (receiving) splits are 5/79/.75.

If both games were being played on Sunday it may change my outlook but I'd rather go with the "safer" option. Of course I can be wrong.

I have McCoy and Williams. Whichever decision I made was going to be the wrong one, but I just switched to Williams. So that means, if I were anybody else in the same boat....go with McCoy.

Jets giving up 3.8 YPC, 80ypg, and only 2 rushing TDs this season.

i dont understand why so many people are on Karlos today. He REALLY needs to make the most of his 10 carries to have a respectable game.

This is BY FAR the best run D that he has gone up against this season. Every other matchup has been favorable to him (IND, NE, MIA 2x, NYG). And its not like he's even been fool proof. NE and NYG shut him down(24car 61 yards combined)

65% of his yards & 50% of his TDs have came vs Miami.

On paper Williams is not a sound start, unless absolutely desperate.

I'm benching him and wasting yet another hopeful week for the muscle hampster in my flex. I swear if he puts up another dud I'm gonna punch an infant. But, its Dallas so he has a chance for 120+ and 2.

85% of the time im looking for the most sound decision on paper. On occasion I'll go against it with my gut, but Williams matchup on paper tonight is not good. Now maybe he defies the numbers, breaks a long one, gets a goaline carry, whatever. It's not even like he is the lead back; he's 2nd fiddle against a team that has given up 2 rushing TDs and 80ypg on average this season.

Kept up through the 2nd quarter. Think Williams got to 3 YPC, but McCoy looks like old school Shady, quick and elusive
