So frustrating. I don’t want to carry two TEs but Reed also isn’t droppable...feel stuck with his never healthy arse

Would drop Reed or Mack for ASJ. Reed is a headache, and that's going to linger for you the ROS if you keep him rostered.
The Colts should give Mack more opportunities as their season collapses.

Drop Reed for ASJ. If no one wants to give anything, anything at all, up for Reed. (Assuming you don't have anyone else you could drop either). Don't let the "carrying two TE's" montra stop you from grabbing ASJ. Dude should be owned in every league in every format.

If no one added ASJ, no one will add Reed
And if ASJ is a FA, that leads me to believe there may be other gold on your wire that's being neglected. We could probably improve upon Mack and Reed here

Yup, I'm done with Reed for good. I drafted him this year and once the Questionables started, I hurried up and traded him for Tevin Coleman and Buck Allen.
