Jordan Howard ROS value

What is the board's opinion on Jordan Howard going forward in standard scoring leagues? I picked him up and have played him with success (minus last week 
)
Now that he's up against MIN this week and then a bye, plus with the emergence of Kadeem Carey and now Langford coming back, is Howard even worth owning at this point?
Where do y'all see him ROS? RB2? RB3? Worse?

I'm holding for now but he's the 1st on the drop list if I need to make a move. And I'd say an RB3 ROS. I see him splitting time with Carey and getting spelled by Langford. Maybe 10-15 touches a game.

I tried to trade West and Coates for him after Coates blew up. Glad the trade was declined.
