team 1 4-3 gives up forsett, trich, keenan allen, cordarell patterson
team 2 2-5 gives up julio
granted team 2 has one rb, reggie bush who is hurt. But i dont know.

You seem awfully worried about other trades in your league
If the guy needs the RB i dont see it as sketchy, Julio is underperforming, Forsett is not

That's a good trade, I think. Just cause you wouldn't accept it doesn't mean you should veto it. The only time you can veto a trade without being a douche is if there is obvious collusion.
