Is this Trade Laughable?

In my league, which is a PPR, one of my friends gave me a trade offer to give me Dez Bryant and Ryan Tannehill for Brandon Marshall and Giovanni Bernard. I just laughed a good bit and I am about to reject it. But I wanted to ask you guys anyway if it's a good trade or not.

I mean it's laughable if you really like Dez Bryant but I hate him and his injury timeline so I would take that trade, yes.

I don't know about laughable, but it seems to favor his side. If Dez comes back after week 6 like some in Dallas believe, then it's great for you. If he's out another 6-10 weeks like most people believe, then it's not so great. I'd only look to acquire Dez if I was really deep at WR, basically trade depth for a stash that could win the league. However, Marshall and Gio does seem a bit high.
