In a different spot this year with a new league

Starting a new league and they use PPR scoring system.. I've always just used standard scoring so I'm not sure exactly what the difference is.. I guess my bigger question would be, how should I plan my draft considering I'm drafting 1st in a 12 man league?? Should I go with QB or RB with my number one pick??
I know its a crapshoot, I'm just looking for different opinions I guess

You should go Leveon Bell or Adrian Peterson.

do you expect AP to have a #1 draft pick caliber type of year?? serious question because I was either gonna go with AP, Bell, or Rodgers with #1 overall

Rodgers just lost his #1 WR so don't pick him 1st. Andrew Luck is going to be better this year, anyway.
Go with AP
Also PPR means point per reception. It gives more value to WRs and RBs that catch passes.
