In a one man keeper league, who do i keep, Chris Johnson, Mike Vick, Peyton Hillis, or Andre Johnson? Mainly stuck bt c johnson and vick and most likely going wit c johnson.
6 pt passin td
1 pt for 25 yd passin
1 pt 10 yd rushin
6 pt rushin td
bonuses for both are equal

Go with Vick over all of the mentioned. In the format you described, the potential alone is worth it. 1 point for every 10 rushing and 6 for passing td's make this a no-brainer. I would draft a QB around rounds 6-8 just to make sure my back-up was good.

What players should I stay away from in the 2011 season? Are there any players who you think will get injured that I should try to avoid?

As a general rule, stay away from as many players from non-productive offenses as you can. For example - Steve Smith (Car).

As far as injuries are concerned, I don't like to predict them - but Vick comes to mind. Don't see him staying healthy all year long if he runs as much as he has in the past.

I told you to keep him due to the potential alone! While I do think at some point he will get injured, I think the value in your format warrants rolling the dice. Injuries are so difficult to predict - and some guys play through them, others can't.

I hope this clears up any misunderstanding.

Injuries happen all the time. The fact is you need to make sure you hit on your keeper. Vick is injury prone because of his style of play. I would not keep Vick as my keeper. I wouldnt draft him in the first 2 rounds like he is being predicted to go. He is too risky to burn a 1st or 2nd rounder on when there is plenty of quality players with less risk.

which players do you see struggling the most from the lack of OTAs this offseason due to the lockout?

in other words, whose lack of motivation is going to cause a downtick in production?

But in the format the poster mentioned, it is a no-brainer...you go with Vick
