Hoyer against Jags?

What do you guys think? Foles is on a bye and other QBS available in my league are Big Ben against Hou or Eli against DAL.
Hoyer has been solid and could wreak havoc on one of the worst defenses in the league.

I think the Browns just run all day~ I say Hoyer is good for 12-15 points in 4pt TDs.

Hoyer will have a decent floor but don't see too much upside since the Browns pound the ground. I think this game will be close and could be the Jags first win.
That being said, I am starting him in a league where I have Foles. It's a deep league so my only other viable choice was Austin Davis. Don't think he's going to win the week for me but don't think he'll lose it either.

I'll be going with Carr (Foles' BYE week too). I really don't like Austin going against SEA after what I saw last Monday.
