How do you rank Charles, AP, Lacy?

In a PPR league. I have the 3rd pick and pretty sure Bell will be selected first and I keep going back and forth on these 3. The so called experts cant agree either as I've seen these guys mixed and matched in every way possible.
Charles - Carries have gone down each of the last 3 years, although his YPC has remained consistent. His targets were almost cut in half last year from 2013.
Lacy - Carries dropped last year but did increase his YPC by half a yard. Came into his own as a pass catcher as his receptions, targets, yards, and TDs all were increased over his rookie year.
AP- AP is AP.
I have it in that order now right now but really starting to think I should have Peterson higher.

I would go Peterson, Lacy, Charles, but I can't fault you for taking any of them. Plus, at least one of them will probably be gone at 3.

AP, Lacy, then Charles. But as another poster said one of them might be gone with the 2nd pick.

I do not trust Andy Reid whatsoever. Charles burned me so many times last year

AP has to be #1 until proven otherwise.
