How are your leagues determining draft order?

We’ve done March madness, masters, and other sporting events to determine draft order.

Our 12-team keeper - we do two playoff brackets. Top 6 for the pot, Bottom 6 for the #1 pick the following year. Reverse order of standings after that.

Last year I set up that 100 yard dash generator at our live draft. It was a pretty big hit.

Each draws a card and then gets to select their position, ace to 10.

Beer olympics on the day of the draft. Winner gets to pick their preferred draft order spot.

10 team redraft league. We draw cards & each pick there draft position. Ace to ten: the ace goes first & can choose the ten spot. Works pretty well.

This for one, 2-K. For our golf club league we play a round based off of handicaps.
