If you are looking for BYE week fillers that will get you the most points then go with Winston and Jones. Winston has more weapons. Jones is a beast and also has solid pass catching skills. He will very likely be putting up double digit points early in the season in PPR leagues. Although, if you have CJ then you must handcuff with Hillman.
