Help with TEs

I have Dwayne Allen and Ladarius Green. Was gonna play Green but he's a GT decision with a concussion and plays at 3 while Allen plays at 12. I really dont like Allen and I feel if Green does play, he'll go off. Should I drop Allen and pick up someone with a later game or just roll with Allen? It's a PPR league.
Some TE's I'm thinking about are:
Mychal Rivera (OAK) against CIN
Celek (PHI) against ATL
Watson (NO) against ARI
Seferian-Jenkins (TB) against TEN
And before anyone mentions it, I realize my TEs suck but the rest of my team is stacked
