Having trouble who to put at flex and RB

It's a PPR league, so I'm leaning Cecil Shorts (gotten the most targets in the NFL) in the flex especially with Henne at QB, and the Jags having to pass the entire game.

But that would put me in the position to bench D Martin, and I'm not sure I want to do that.
